Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order .

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all original parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as upon delivery.

  • The product has been handled normally; damage due to careless handling is excluded.

  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

  • A return will be processed within 7 business days ; if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged.

Important information about returns

  • The customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Returns will be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia .

  • After shipment, the customer is required to provide the following:

    • The track & trace link of the return shipment

    • Proof of customs clearance

Unfortunately, without these documents we cannot process the return , as we cannot be sure that the package will reach us.

Note: We offer a 30-day return policy as an added service to our customers. However, the statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days after receipt of the order.

A. How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to start the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@untitledamsterdam.com

  2. Make sure the email contains the following:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return request

    • Photo of the product (in case of breakage)

    • Customer's first and last name

    • Customer's address

  3. We will then contact you and provide you with the correct return address.

Important: Never send the return shipment to the sender ; we will provide you with the correct address after you request it.
You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

B. Cancellation policy

Because we work with a fully automated processing system , orders are processed immediately after payment .
Therefore , cancellation after placing the order is not possible .

The customer must wait until the order has been delivered and then, if desired, exercise the right of withdrawal .

Since our goods are shipped from Asia , longer transit times may occur which are beyond our control.
If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible .
Therefore, please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us.

You can of course inform us in advance about your revocation.
To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation .

C. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes which are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (who is not the carrier) received or accepted the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( Untitled Amsterdam ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email).

The revocation is completed once we have received the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

D. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments received from you, except for the costs of delivery (unless you incurred additional costs because you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery).

The refund will be made without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation and the goods.

For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
