Please note that we do not offer free returns, there are costs involved.

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you're not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all original parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as upon delivery.
  • The product has been handled normally; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  • A return will be processed within 7 business days; if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to start the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@untitledamsterdam.com

    Make sure the email contains the following:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return request
    • Photo of the product (in case of breakage)
    • Customer's first and last name
    • Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide you with the correct return address.
Never send the return to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address upon request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes which are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

Cancellation of orders

Because we work with a fully automated processing system, orders are processed immediately after payment.
Therefore, cancellation after placing the order is not possible .

The customer must wait until the order has been delivered and then, if desired, exercise the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received or accepted the last goods.
Since we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery; therefore, refunds are not possible after receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SHOP NAME) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Registration for shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Therefore, please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You can, of course, inform us of your cancellation beforehand. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments received from you, except for the delivery costs (unless there are supplementary costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery). Such reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your cancellation of this contract and after you receive the goods back from us. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.


ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
